Cattle dog fined for trying to herd seacows

"I don't know what the big deal is," argued Taz. "Those manatees were going every which way. They needed some order and discipline, and I felt I was just doing my job." A spokesperson at FWC said cattle dogs are not above the law. “Manatee Park is not the Ok Coral,” he stressed. “That dog had no business harassing those seacows."
Taz was fined two time-outs and has to conduct community service at the local animal shelter. Her alpha dog could not be reached for comment.
